Junior Full-Stack Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Full Stack Engineer to join our remote team. This is a full-time opportunity for someone based in the APAC region who is passionate about building scalable web applications and eager to grow in a collaborative environment.

You’ll be working on a unified platform that streamlines operations for businesses—allowing employees and contractors to report time, submit invoices, manage project assignments, track work orders, and maintain client/vendor records.

You will be assigned a mentor to help you with personal growth plan and day-to-day activities.

Tech Stack

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior engineers and product managers to develop new features and improve existing ones.

  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.

  • Contribute to documentation and internal tooling to support team efficiency.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in full stack development or relevant internships/projects.

  • Proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

  • Experience with TailwindCSS or similar utility-first CSS frameworks.

  • Familiarity with AWS services and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Program Manager

We are looking for Program Manager Program manager with responsibility for end-to-end oversight and delivery management aligned to the end-client's strategic objectives for a custom-made Learning Management System (LMS) implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a Single Point of Contact or Front-channel to end-clients.

  • Own the entire LMS program delivery. This is a new program designed to build a new and bespoke Learning Management System, due to go-live in 2026.

  • Be accountable and responsible for all personnel and teams who are participating in all project deliveries for the end-client.

  • Coordinate and manage a Program Plan which aligns with end-client Senior Leadership Teams (SLT) and Corporate Strategies.

  • Ensure a suitable governance structure and model are in place, which align with those of ANITECH and the end-client.

  • Liaise with all stakeholders throughout the service delivery lifecycle, be they those of ours, the end-client, or other third-party vendors.

  • Work with the Product Owners and Business Analysts to define the scope of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for the LMS.

  • Manage a Delivery oversight team that provides oversight on all aspects of the program delivery i.e., sprint development, upstream test phases, and release management, DevOps orientation, preparation for Live, and so on.

  • Manage a Gantt plan that aligns to end-client timelines, captures and ensures all delivery milestones are met. This plan must align the backlog scope against Program Increments and must ensure software increments are released to upstream test environments (SIT, NFT, UAT, etc.) in a timely manner.

  • Provide thought-leadership and problem-solving mechanisms to ensure minimal drag factor on the our teams and all blockers, dependencies, assumptions are addressed in a timely manner.

  • Understand the Technology Stack at an operational level. For example: MS NET 8 Core, React 18, MongoDB and Postgres

Work with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to ensure appropriate Scrum delivery models are in place, which ensure a best practice approach to:

  • Management of a product backlog

  • Management of a product roadmap and aligned sprint plan

  • Determination of Sprint goals

  • Prioritization of a product backlog

  • Creation and management of epics

  • Creation and management of User Stories

  • Management of the Definitions of Ready and Done

  • Approval of User Story Acceptance criteria and product demonstrations

  • Review of Sprint metrics and overall Product Burndown

  • Release Planning

Manage the P&L for the entire delivery, meaning:

  • Ensure projects falling under the work program are delivered on time and on budget.

  • Profit Margins determined by us are maintained.

  • Periodic review of delivery in terms of cost and budget utilization with a view to introducing optimizations where and as possible in a manner that does not increase delivery risk or does not reduce delivery quality.

  • Review and management of tooling costs utilized as part of Business-As-Usual (BAU).

We’re looking for a Front-End Engineer to join our team in building a robust platform that serves as a central hub for all vendor-related activities—ranging from sourcing and onboarding to performance tracking and compliance verification, including checks against the OFAC SDN list. You’ll play a key role in shaping the user experience and interface of this critical enterprise application.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable, responsive user interfaces using Angular 19 and Tailwind CSS 3.4

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver intuitive and efficient workflows

  • Integrate with backend APIs and services to support real-time data and compliance features
