About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Full Stack Engineer to join our remote team. This is a full-time opportunity for someone based in the APAC region who is passionate about building scalable web applications and eager to grow in a collaborative environment.

You’ll be working on a unified platform that streamlines operations for businesses—allowing employees and contractors to report time, submit invoices, manage project assignments, track work orders, and maintain client/vendor records.

You will be assigned a mentor to help you with personal growth plan and day-to-day activities.

Tech Stack

• Frontend: React 18, Next.js, TailwindCSS

• Languages: TypeScript

• Backend & Infrastructure: AWS

• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers and product managers to develop new features and improve existing ones.

• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React and TailwindCSS.

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using AWS and database technologies.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Contribute to documentation and internal tooling to support team efficiency.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in full stack development or relevant internships/projects.

• Proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

• Experience with TailwindCSS or similar utility-first CSS frameworks.

• Familiarity with AWS services and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL).

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.

• Based in the APAC region and available to work full-time.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to time tracking, invoicing, or project management platforms.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
